I understand I paid for all the plugins with the x theme purchase, I tried to activate the olark extension. it is asking for site ID. I clicked the link within the olark extension after activating it, the link is broken and even the article I found the link is broken too. I tried my self to sign up to get the extension, they asked for a credit card after the trial version. Kindly check and let me know what is my problem.

Olark is a third party paid service or software as a service. What our Olark extension does is connect to that service.
Are you referring to the links under the About meta box? I just tested the links there and they work.
Would you mind providing a screenshot of what you see on your end?
