how do I get to my dns records to point them

Thanks for posting in! DNS is not in anyway related to the theme or plugin. You may need to contact your hosting provider and ask for some assistance in setting up your DNS.

Hey, why doesn’t Themeco provide support anymore??
When I first got themeco and then themeco hosting they were the most supportive company I have ever worked with. The staff was absolutely fantastic in helping every which I needed, thats why I didn’t mind paying for the services, it was well worth it.
Now Themeco support pretty much sucks. You guys sent me a letter telling my that I had to find another hosting service because you were shutting down, in doing that I am now trying to reroute my DNS records. I purchased my domain name “homesbyharoula.com” and “dartapplications.com” from Themeco, so i’m not actually sure who holds my DNS records or how to get to them. I need help, a link that would get me there,
PLEASE.

Our apologies for the confusion and the misunderstanding because this forum serves mainly for the theme support which made us assume that you are asking for your DNS records under a different provider.
We have a separate staff on our hosting team who will be more that happy to assist you and it would be best to get in touch with them directly. You can do so by simply replying to the email that you have received about the hosting services. They can also assist you on migrating your site over to your new chosen provider.
So kindly send a response directly to the email you received so that our hosting staff can help you out.
