Divi Invisible Area

Hi, is there a similar feature in Pro that I am not seeing. Similar to the Divi Invisible Area?

It was used on the map on this page:

you will see a rollover “hidden areas” on the map in the “Neighborhoods” section. I am rebuilding this site in Pro and they want to keep this functionality. Thanks!
