Divi Builder shortcode doesn't work in Corner Stone

Hi Themeco!

I’m using Divi Builder on my site with Pro but when while using ConrnerStore I add some shortcode using text or raw element it doesn’t render. I mean the CS doesn’t let that render. Any fix for this?

Here’s an example code:

Hi @abdurrehman,

I don’t have an answer but rather a question! Why do you use Divi builder with Cornerstone?

They both are page builders so I would disable the one and only use one. This is the best way to prevent any conflict between the two.

Unless there is a special reason for it?

I want to use that because of his element that don’t have CS. Divi Builder does allow rendering cornerstone elements.

Does it render on the live site? If it does and it only doesn’t render in Cornerstone, this is because Cornerstone tries to strip out data so the content doesn’t get corrupted, it’s most likely the Divi Builder plugin is trying to use a script or something else that isn’t enqueued in Cornerstone but is available on the front-end of the site.

Hey there,

You haven’t answered the previous question “Does it render on the live site?” My colleague meant to ask if it works in the front-end or live page you built with Cornerstone. If it does render in the front-end, there is no issue here. Not all shortcodes are guaranteed to work inside Cornerstone because they might have scripts as said in the previous reply. There is no fix for that.
