Disqus Plug-In Not Working

Hello team,

I am having trouble getting Disqus comments to work on my website. Website is www.exploreyourleadership.com. I have set up a Disqus account, have set up the registration process with my short name, watched the Disqus installation video, enabled Disqus comments through X theme on WP admin bar…but it is not working for me. Looking for some help on how to move forward.
