Disqus not working on iPad

I’m having trouble with the Disqus plug and would be grateful for some help please. I’ve got it working but on an iPad Air it doesn’t show at all and just displays a big gap instead. It works on a desktop and phone but not on the iPad.

So far, all the page and post I tested have Disqus form displayed on iPad.

It happens on every post, I tested it on an iPad Pro and it worked on that if that helps?

Thanks for testing in iPad Pro. Regretfully, we could not replicate this easily because not all of us has an iPad Air. With that said, would you mind providing the exact OS version and browser name and version so we could post this in our issue tracker so our development team could test this in an iPad Air emulator or a real iPad Air if they have one.

Thanks, I’ve attached what I get when I see that. It actually only happens when I click a click the the site from Pinterest if that helps. If you’re able to check via Pinterest then this link may help: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/718535315530102507/

Thanks for posting, Lucy. I’ll submit this in our issue tracker now. Please use the Disqus extension while we investigate the issue. If ever we found a bug, we will state what has been fixed in our Changelog so I’d recommend that you check it if updates become available.
