DISQUS not showing on 'recent comments'

I’ve added disqus to my site http://reayme.com and I can see it under posts. However, on the home page under ‘recent comments’ it is showing the older native wordpress comments and not disqus (I have linked the disqus account correctl, I think).

Any ideas?
