Disqus comments not showing on custome posts layout

Hello, i am working on the blog part of my website, and want a custom layout.
I also want to use Disqus comments for comments, and have installed and activated through https://disqus.com/.

But nothing appears on the posts page?

I would suggest you please add the Comment element to your layout.

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password
• Exact page URL

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

The same thing is happening to me. I’m using THE MOVER from Personify; here is an example post that shows the built-in comment form instead of the Disqus comments: https://thatnerdykev.com/wrestlemania-40/
