Display some texts if no comments

Hi Themeco.

I know this is out of the scope of support but please help me. I have searched everywhere but I haven’t gotten the snippet I need

Please, I want to display some texts in the comments section (just above or below the reply title) if there are no comments (comments = 0).

Please, all I need is the PHP snippet that I can add to my child theme comments file.
