Hi,
I’m browsing my website on samsung s9 and noticed that every page would open little bit zoomed in, so I can pinch and zoom it out. Could you help me find the solution for it? The right side of the content is cut off on iphones too.(padding set on both sides equally) I would appreciate your help.
Hello @pablo102,
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that it is an issue of cache since I noticed that your site styles are rendering from the cached style, I would suggest you please purge all the cache and temporarily deactivate the cache and JS/CSS optimization plugin and then check it again.
I would also suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.
I tried to access your dashboard but the given admin details are not working on my end. Please recheck and send us again.
Thanks
WP-Optimize is disabled now, but I can’t see the change.
Hi @pablo102,
I have checked your website in my Android mobile device but didn’t find the issue you described here. It might be the Server Level Cache is the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server-level cache. I would also suggest you check the Zoom settings of your Mobile browser if that is set to more than 100%.
Thanks
I checked on few devices and in firefox touch simulation. I can move the content left to right, it opens wider that the display.
The problem seems to be because of suggested some time ago a css change to get rid of scrollbar
width: calc( 100% + 17px);
What is the current solution to hide the vertical scrollbar in the theme?
I think I managed to solve it.
