Display layout with custom css + integrity-light.css in mobile

The custom css is working on the desktop and cornerstone in theme X, but it is not load in the mobile devices. See attached images One is from mobile (not working), another one is on desktop in responsive mode (working). Does anyone has the same issue and know how to display layout with custom css + integrity-light.css in mobile?

You’re issue could be caused by a 3rd party plugin. Did you install AMP plugin? Or maybe you have installed Jetpack plugin and Mobile Theme module is active. Please disable Mobile Theme module instead. To do that, please check this out:

plugin Jetpack -> Settings -> Writing tab and scroll down to the Theme Enhancements section, “Enable the Jetpack Mobile theme” and unchecked.
