Display date archive (Year and Month) and list posts from Category "News"

Hello,

We want to display date (list of Years) linked with Year Archive page, and the posts are from Category “News”.

For Example 2024, 2023, 2022 and so on. Click on 2024, post lists from category “News” only and posts are from the year 2024 and same for the year 2023 and so on.

Can you please guide us to do this with Archive Layout Builder.

Thanks for writing to us.

Please note that there is no option to display the archive post yearly/monthly from a specific category. I would suggest you please add the Widget area element to the archive layout.

Now you need to go to the WordPress ---->Appearance—>Widget —>Insert the Archive widget to the widget area. Please remember that it will display the post from all categories on the archive page yearly or monthly based on your settings.
