Im not sure what has happened. Mostly,I have been updating pages. I did add a new plugin but have disabled hoping would fix the issue. The problem is the the home page formatting for the header and menu is gone. Once get past the home page, clicking on another page at the top the formatting returns.
Are you able to see easily what is happening??

However, I see that you are using WP Fastest Cache plugin. I suggest you to clear cache and see how it goes. To clear cache, please take a look following article:
