I want to have a card or a feature box or a text box etc, display a new sentence, each day from a list of sentences that have been input ed my me in the backend.

Would that be possible with any of the elements in pro?

There’s no option to do that and this would require customization. Regretfully, customization is outside te scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.
