Thank you for writing in, please turn OFF the Post Meta option under Theme Options > Blog
If the issue persists, that means the theme has nothing to do with the issue, this could be a native feature of Discord when you share a Wordpress site posts/page. I’m not sure if Yoast SEO can control this metadata to Discord but you might need to use a 3rd party plugin to resolve this.
