I haven’t changed anything, but recently my site’s top navigation menu bar is glitching in and out on mobile devices. I have checked the sites from many different phones using different browsers, and the problem remains the same on all, so it’s not a caching problem. Can you PLEASE help?
I have a PRO account.

Hi @kleins99,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website on my Android mobile device but didn’t recognize the issue you are trying to describe here. Can you please provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem?
Thanks
Here is a video of the problem on my iphone 12pro with ios 15.5:
You’ll also notice the problem is not only with the header navigation menu but also part of the bottom footer doesn’t appear, and text “Must Reads” and “Click the Numbers below to view even more posts” disappear. As evidenced in this video: https://www.dropbox.com/s/of4pdnzc0x2grag/footersk.MP4?dl=0
Hello? Has anyone taken a look at this yet?
Hey @kleins99,
I couldn’t replicate this issue in my site so what’s causing this in your site could be 3rd party plugins especially optimization plugins such as the image optimizer. I’ve seen a similar case yesterday caused by an image optimizer. It’s also in iOS only.
If you can deactivate all 3rd party plugins, it’s best you do so as that will help us narrow down what’s causing the issue. If you can’t do that, you need to copy your live site to a staging server so we could test without disrupting your live site’s operation.
We need to check if our theme is really the cause of the issue.
Thanks.
Nope, I deactivated all plugins including ubermenu, and the menubar and footer still disappear. I tried removing a widget too, (not sure how to do it). It’s a small amazon banner beneath a plus sign. I don’t know if that might be causing this? I’m fine if you make changes on the live site to get this working again. Please!
Hello? Has anyone taken a look at this yet? I deactivated plugins, and the problems are still occurring.
@kleins99 - patience is a virtue. I’d imagine they’re doing their best to help you and the thousands of others who need help here.
I’d like to suggest you try disabling your fixed navigation/header. I also notice when I tap on “I’M STEPHANIE.” (to activate the hover-state) on mobile, it reveals the header. Not sure if either of those helps, but thought I’d chime in while you were waiting for Themeco staff to reply
Thank you so much for your reply. It is a virtual. I need to work on it, for sure. I appreciate the reminder.
You are most welcome, @kleins99.
The plus “+” icon in the header can be disabled by going to Cornerstone > Theme Options > Headers > Widget Bar and set the Widget Areas to “None”.
I still do not understand why my menu does not work on mobile. I did not change anything, and as instructed, I turned off all plugins. Please advise, as I’ve been waiting to hear back in response to the videos I’ve posted above for 3 days now. How do I get my navigation to work again? Like I’ve said, I didn’t change anything.
Hello @kleins99,
The issue seems to have occurred in the latest iOS version only. This is what we are seeing on the Android by the way.

Hope this helps.
Yes, I see in this forum that latest iOS version causes an issue with fixed position navigation, but I also see that people have corrected this issue. What I do not see is HOW to correct this issue! Can someone please tell me HOW I go about correcting this issue and keeping a sticky nav when scrolling on mobile devices, including iOS?
Hey @kleins99,
I’ve identified the cause but I’m currently clueless as to why it happens. It’s because of the Accent Div. I made a copy of your home page and in the copy, I removed the Accent Grid that is in your 1st and 2nd sections. Test the URL in the secure note on iOS. The header is showing up on my end.
We’re still investigating the issue. For now, please delete the Accent Div in your pages.
Thanks.
Whatever you did, DID fix the glitching nav problem. Thank you! For anyone else having this very strange issue… delete any accents you might have on your homepage. Thank you for getting back to me and correcting this issue! Hallelujah!
You are most welcome, @kleins99. We’re really glad @Christian were able to help out in resolving the issue.
