Disabling W3 creates a conflict on the theme/site

I have an issue with the website. When trying to disable the W3 plugin, the whole theme seems to crash, and I can’t get it back unless I re-activate the plugin.
The issue is I need to change this cache plugin as it doesnt fit my needs, and there is no way to manage doing this without breaking the site.
Have you come across this issue before?

Hi,

You need to clear your plugin cache first before deactivating the plugin.
I just did that and your site seems to work fine.

Please clear your browser cache and check on your end.
