Disable Standard Header

Hej,

I would like to disable the header on this page:

Links | honey–studio

The layout for this page is “Blank - No Container | No Header, Footer”.
The header from the header builder is gone, but the standard header is shown.
What is wrong – I couldn’t find this issue in the forum.

I have checked it in my local environment but didn’t find the issue you described here. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

Hej @tristup,

I added a secure note with a login-link.
I installed the health plugin and started troubleshooting.
The problem still exists if i am using pro theme. Not child theme.
With no plugins.

Can you have a look please?

I have checked the WordPress admin after enabling the Troubleshooting option and found the problem you described. I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

our traffic is low.
Can you troubleshoot on the live site, please?
I have no quick solution for the staging.

Hi Carlo,

I have investigated it further and found the problem is with the Layout you assigned to the specific page. You need to disable the Header in the Layout. For that the header stopped showing on other pages too, I would suggest you create a new Layout and disable the header and assign it to the Link page.

And I assume, there might be some issues with the cache, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
