Disable poster image on mobile for video background

Greetings,
I’ve read through the knowledgebase regarding the principles of disabling a video background and understand it’s a policy of consideration for data plans. However, I have compressed my particular video down to less than 500k and would like to enable video backgrounds on tablet sized devices.
It’s be a great service if you could identify what line of which file that contains the javascript or CSS that hides or shows the poster image at a particular mobile device size. I’ve searched through my stack CSS files and found more than 900 @media lines…any direction at all is appreciated,

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! All the background videos will be automatically disabled by the browser itself. Please take note that background videos is a bandwidth hogger thus this would really consume data to mobile device users which is why the video is replaced with the poster image instead. Regretfully, there’s no resolution to disable the poster image and play the video or any plans for this feature due to technical constraints. We also could not give any suggestions regarding this matter.

Thank you for your understanding.
