How does one disable the mini cart in woocommerce by using xtheme. I don’t want to disable the whole “cart system” but just the “mini-cart”… its loading some unneeded scripts and want to test removing this since we do not need it.

By default, the X header has no mini cart in the navigation area, in case you war pointing to the X theme Navbar Cart I would suggest you go to the Cornerstone —>Theme Options —>WooCommerce—>Navbar Cart you can disable the toggle from here.
