Hi

I’m looking at offering digital download sales (image files) from the website via Woocommerce. I’ve seen guidance that suggests I need to have X-Accel-Redirect/X-Sendfile installed

Seems those are server strings, you should consult with server administrator and you can check woo-commerce forum for more information regarding this. This is is something out of our theme support scope or expertise, we are really sorry but we can’t give support more on this.
