Difficulty with Mobile menus

Hi…am struggling to get collapsed and off-canvas menus working properly for mobiles.

When using collapsed menu, it will only display with the full menu showing (rather than the menu icon) …

This is how it looks when you visit the page.

Also, when using off-canvas, once I click on the menu icon, I get a second menu icon showing in the ‘off-canvas’ section when it shows on screen, rather than showing the menu options.

I assume I’m doing something wrong, but have following the docs and guides and can’t work it out.

Would be grateful for your help with this.

Thanks, Chris.

Hi Chris,

I am able to replicate the issue in my local environment and I suspect this could be a bug on the latest version theme, and have reported it to the developers for further investigation. Alternatively, I would suggest you use the Navigation Modal or Navigation Off Canvas. If you are getting any issues using the Navigation Off Canvas, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks for understanding

Hi…thanks for your response and for actioning the potential bug.

With Navigation off-canvas I get a problem as follows …

When I add it in the pro builder, it initially displays correctly as shown …

However, when I save this and view from a browser, I get an intermediate ‘screen’ where a menu icon is displayed within the canvas (rather than the menu options as shown in the above picture), as shown …

If I click on this, the menu is then displayed correctly.

If I exit the builder and go back in, it behaves the same way as the browser, with the intermediate screen.

Hope this is helpful,

Chris.

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, the issue can’t be replicated at our end. There might be some different reason behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
