Difficulty Selecting Menu Items and Buttons on Mobile

Hello,

We are having a difficult time with buttons and menu items on mobile. Sometimes we can hit the menu/buttons just right but button presses aren’t consistent. It’s difficult to navigate on mobile. We tried changing between row and classic row but it doesn’t help much. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

Yes, those menu items. You have to press at the start of the item. If you press at the end, pressing does not work.

Hi Kami,

I have thoroughly checked your website and found that the Chat box window coming from a 3rd party plugin named ELEX WordPress Live Chat (WSChat) is the reason behind your issue. The Chat window has a greater z-index value than the menu, which is why it is overlapping. I would suggest you uninstall the plugin or add some custom CSS code to get rid of this issue.
Please remember that giving support to the 3rd party plugin issues are beyond the scope of Theme Support
