Since the update to 4, I’ve found that, for the most part, it is far less user friendly. Headers are no longer easy to assign or preview, I haven’t yet figured out if there is a way to drop the sidebar to the bottom like you used to be able to which made for easy header/fullscreen editing, and I’ve had several instances of conditions not working on simple sites. I’m essentially wondering if it is possible to download older versions of pro that I found more user-friendly?

I’m sorry to hear that, hopefully we can help you move forward with the new experience as we won’t be supporting the older versions. There have been changes in Pro 4 to adapt to newer versions of WordPress and those updates won’t be in Pro 3 and older. If you try to use the older versions you’ll be locked into an older version of WordPress and over time it will get more and more difficult to maintain the site.
You can click and drag anywhere in the Workspace header/navigation area and start dragging. This will allow you to snap the workspace to a different edge of the screen or keep it floating.
Let us know a bit more about the assignment condition issues you’re having and we can advise further.
I appreciate what you’re saying - and I’m sure the bugs that are plaguing my personal Pro 4 experience will be raised by others and will be fixed - in the mean time, if there is a way to revert to Pro 3, I would prefer that until such a time that Pro 4 works the way I need it to.
Your click and drag solution only moves the menu bar, not the inspector. I don’t really see the point in that at all?
I was uploading a site the other day, and assigning headers to each of the pages, yet despite the conditions saving, the header for my events page wouldn’t show up. I eventually had to recreate the entire page and entire header - plugins weren’t affecting it as I switched this off too.
My latest grievance is that I am trying to delete/alter a navigation modal in a sticky bar header - but it’s information doesn’t show up in the inspector. in fact, when I click it, it only acknowledges the container itself.
As a long-term user of X and Pro, it’s quite frustrating having only recently purchased the unlimited version, to find that much of what made Pro easy to use is failing me.

I don’t really know what it is you aim to achieve through that - I’ve managed to work out ways around these problems, but the fact is that I’m having these problems at the time of using it - my real issue is that I would like to download an old version of pro because it was easier to use - I don’t want to have to come here every time I don’t understand something that’s been changed.

If you log in to your Themeco account, you can download the latest version and the previous stable version.
We do not recommend going back to an older version because it will no longer work for you especially if you have updated to WordPress core 5.7. if you also revert your WordPress core to an older version, you will be more vulnerable to conflict, incompatibilities, and malicious attacks.
