Different shortcodes in top bar menu on different pages

Hi Guys

I am trying to find the docs on using the top bar drop down menu (top right side icon)

Could you point me in the right direction? Aslo, while i have you here. I would like (if posible) to have different shortcodes displayed in this drop down, for different pages.

An example is my directory.

There are two directories. Jobs, and classifieds.

So, if on the jobs directories pages, the label for the drop down is currently “Classifieds” I would like classifieds content in that drop down.

When user goes to classifieds pages, the label changes to "Jobs, and different content is displayed in the jobs drop down on classified pages.

You can see this in action at splitshifts.com.au

Is this at all possible.

Cheers
Max

Hi Max,

The items that will be displayed in the top area are the widgets that you place in the Header Widgets that you can find in WP Admin > Appearance > Widgets.

This is possible but this will require some customization where you will need to change the template files that displays the header widget area and set some conditions in the code but this goes beyond the scope of our support.

Also, I did some google search and you might get some ideas from the results:

Hope this helps.
