Hi Justin,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked it in my Android mobile phone and found the same Menu that is showing in the Desktop version. If you are expecting a different menu in the mobile device, you need to assign it to the element used in the Mobile device. If that is already assigned and still the other menu is showing, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
Greetings, The menu for the desktop and mobile version is the same.
Hello Justin,
Please edit your header and make sure that the Modal Navigation is displaying the same menu as the Navigation Inline element. There are two on the header which may have been in conflict.
And then go to Cornerstone > Settings > System and hit the “Clear Style Cache” button.
Kindly let us know how it goes.
Greetings,
I checked the menu systems for the homepage and site-wide menus and they are all linked to MENU: Primary Menu (with the exception of the desktop-only ACCOUNT menu, which is intentional).
I did clear the cache, and did a refresh on my iPhone, but to no avail. Using an incognito window, I am still seeing the same menu and so is a coworker on an ANDROID.
Hi Justin,
I have checked your Header and found that all the Navigation elements are set to the Primary menu and it shows the same in the desktop and the mobile devices too. If you are seeing a different menu in the mobile devices that might be due to the Server Level Cache, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server-level cache.
Hope it helps.
Thanks
