Different look on smaller screens

Hello, I am having problems with the look of my page on smaller screens. I see my page properly displayed on my computer screen but when I load the same page on my phone it seems like another theme is on it. I already deleted cache, checked the option >Hide based on screen width and I tried with different browsers, still the same result.

Another secondary issue, it is possible that I can use the premium addon of Soliloquy called PDF slider, the license of Soliloquy allows you to enable it.

Your homepage and your ‘copyright’ page on desktop return a Visual Composer error (see attached image 1). Only the GPC page resembles some design.

On iPhone your site looks completely different, like that is the proper site and the one on your desktop is still being build. As you can see the site on iPhone has a ‘Crumina’ theme I think. Anyway it has some theme options listed that are not X.

Not that page https://guiasdepracticaclinica.info/blog/diabetes-2/ this one, I am sorry I had to specify

Hi there,

Kindly check the content of the page mentioned and make sure that each opening HTML tag that requires a closing tag is properly closed as this would cause an issue with the site layout.

Let us know how it goes.

Sorry that I insist, I delete everything except one post that I did entirely with cornerstone and still having that problem, it happens only sometimes and only on small screens

This is the page on big screen

And, BTW what is that triangle with a plus on the upper right?

Please help me!

Do you have a ‘mobile theme’ plugin activated? That could cause it to look different on smaller screens. Otherwise I suggest you do a clean install of WordPress and a clean install of X/Pro and really start from scratch.

The triangle is a widget area that you can dis/enable in Theme Options.

Hi @M4NDREX,

Yes, it seems that you have the Jetpack Mobile theme activated that is why it loads the Jetpack theme on mobile as @yingfuli (thanks for chiming in  ) mentioned.

Please read through this link for more info about it.

Kindly make sure you have disabled the Optimize your site for smartphones on the Jetpack settings.

Thank you.

Thanks guys! @Jade @yingfuli. It works perfectly now.
