I am nearly done rebuilding the site, but am having trouble getting a standard appearance in Integrity 3.
The home page looks good.
Pages are showing blank sidebar (I don’t want a sidebar, but the remaining content is not centered).
Posts are not showing sidebar, and are full width instead of boxed.
Can you help?

Pages do NOT look correct - they should have the same layout as blog posts.

Glad things sorted out on your end, probably it’s your caching plugin (WP-Super-Cache), please clear your caching plugin after an update or after you made changes to make sure the changes take effect immediately.
