Different default font types in different language

[kanken]

Dear support,

My website has both English and Chinese. Is it possible to set different default font type for each language in css?

Cheers,
Ken

Hey,

If you`re using the WPML, this article should be useful: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/how-can-i-set-up-each-font-family-for-each-language/

Thanks John.

Could you please suggest where should I put the custom font css file? I have installed x-child theme and is it the x-child directory and that’s it?

Cheers,
Ken

Hi Ken,

Yes, you can add it on the root folder of the child theme. PHP function can be added on the functions.php file and then either create a folder CSS on the root folder of the child theme or just add directly on root folder. The difference is just how we will reference to it on php.

Hope this helps.
