How to choose different category of product in the shop? Use themes option to set?

There’s no option to select specific category for shop page on Theme Options settings. It is default to ALL. If you want to show certain categories only, you might need to use Woocommerce Shortcode instead. Edit the page in Gutenberg/default wordpress editor and then add the specific woocommerce shortcode to display specific product categories.
