Differences in the Themeco/cornerstone appearance and issue of making a fullscreen header

Hi:

A couple of questions.

Question-1

Why do I not get Settings tab in my cornerstone plugin. Please find attached a youtube tutorial screenshot

What I get on my screen is as follows - no settings tab at all!!

Question-2

How do I make a full screen header page with cornerstone with a non-pro license? As you can see in the screenshot, the home-page looks boxed with padding on all sides. I want to make a home page that looks like the following.

Do I need to use X-PRO to build headers?
Is there an upgrade option to upgrade my license to X-PRO?

Thanks in advance,

Hi There!

Thanks for writing in!

  1. The video tutorial you are referring is for a older version of cornerstone. You are using latest version of Cornerstone. The setting button has been sifted to the left side of the panel.

  2. You can make a fullscreen header using revolution slider plugins which is coming with Xtheme. You can refer to the documentation. https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/
Also you can use no-container page template to make fullscreen content without having any space around.

You Can upgrade your licence to Pro from your Apex Dashboard.

Hope this helps.

Thanks
