Did something stupid with our license keys/validation process. Can't re-validate with correct license codes

Hey There,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your sites
  • WordPress Admin usernames / passwords
  • License Numbers

Thank you for providing the credentials. I have logged and tried to validate the site. I am seeing this error:

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

I guess you have already assigned the license code to another site. To properly validate your X theme, please do the following:
1] Please login to your account and assign the license. You need to assign the license to your site using this url: https://www.example.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address

If the license has been assigned already, please click the edit icon and replace the site url.

2] Go back to X > Overview, and insert the license code.
