I have just moved my website from a development hosted site to the live domain site however the website is has gone all scrambled.
I can not see any errors or why this has happened

Please do the following
Flush the cache of your development website and turn off cache plugins.
Export your website using ALL IN ONE MIGRATION plugin
and Import to your live site.
