I have a themeco hosted site. I put in a support ticket a few days ago but no one has responded. I am trying to install convertplug from the xtheme menu. It says the destination folder already exists. I do not have access to fix. Please fix asap.

Access your site via FTP go to Wp-Content/plugins/ and remove the ConvertPlug folder and try again.
