Hello - Trying to download Resolution slider but it says that the destination folder already exists.
I read about access the FTP file and removing this plugin from it to fix but I am unsure how to do this, can you advise or give me another solution?

Hello @clionama,

Thanks for writing in!

You need to manually delete Revolution Slider directory under /wp-content/plugins/ folder using softwares like Filezilla. Here is a video that you can refer to understand WordPress directory using FTP software like Filezilla.

Thanks.
