Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable

Hi,
I have 4-5 website using your theme and one by one they are all giving me the same error"Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable." when I try to update or install a plugin. Ive contacted my host"a-engine" to try to resolve the issue but no joy.
Is this something other customers are facing or is it an isolated issue my side?

Looks like file permission issue at server end, Can you check file permission for plugins folder in wp-content.php file?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information(Use Secure Note):

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
