Is there a way to make it so that the mobile menu comes up if it detects a touch screen? Or what or your suggestions? Thanks so much.

Your Products parent menu is a link. You should not set it as a link. What users usually do is set the menu URL to #. Set your Product menu to a custom link with # as the URL.
By the way, the Navigation Inline does not have an option to both open the page and open the dropdown at the same time on a mobile device.
