Design Template site install hangs

Howdy!

I’m trying to install one of the sample sites to get a better understanding of how X Theme works. After launching Design Cloud I scroll down to Food Truck and click INSTALL. A progress bar appeared and filled a tiny bit with “Initializing” above. I let it sit for a half hour before coming here to post.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for writing in!

Most of the time, the demo content not being installed is caused by limited server settings. You may be having PHP Timeout or due to the File Max Upload limit. Can you please go to X > Status and check those settings. The PHP timeout must have at least 300s and the Max Upload Size is 32M. If you need to increase the values, please check this links:
