Design Clud does not launch

For some reason, it seems the thread is closed, just when I was getting assistance, so I start another one. :slight_smile:

Design cloud does not launch when I click the button in the “Pro” section in the backend of my site. (See image.) I have not found any answer in the forum or any other place.)

  • I have increased the timeout to 300 s but doesn’t help.
  • I have also increased the memory allocated to PHP in wp-config.php as below.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

I have earlier submitted login to my site to you in a secure note, please let me know if you need it again.

Hi /S-A,

Can you also try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

It seems the culprit was a plugin in Chrome! Privacy Badger!
