Design Cloud - Unable to install Sites

Hello I am trying to install crafty theme from design cloud and upon clicking I am getting the following error in console.

Thank you for writing in, please check the following first:

  • Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)

  • Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.

  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

Issue is persistent across all the sites. I’ve updated the secure notes with the dev site to try it on.

I checked your site it seems that there is a JS console error due to plugin conflict or JS/CSS customization. I would suggest you must troubleshoot a few of the common issues as suggested by my colleague @friech. I also noticed that there is an issue of CORS origin at your server. I would suggest you please have a look at this article to learn about how to fix it or you can contact your hosting provider to fix the issue for you.

It seems like Cros is disabled on demo.theme.co end. I’ve updated the secured note with updated link that shows failed test for the url.
