Design cloud template

Hi, I found 2 templates in https://theme.co/designcloud, modernmosaic and overlapping cells, that I would like to import but cannot find them inside my dashboard.

Aren’t all the templates included?

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to it.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Child Theme Related issue *** If you have activated the child theme.
4.Disabling Cache
5.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

There is a difference from X and Pro about the templates available?

The mentioned design templates are exclusively available in Pro, if you are using the X this design will not be available in Design Cloud.

Hello Gio,

The specific Design Templates have the custom Header and Footer, which options are not available in the X, and that is why those templates are shown only in the Pro.
