I tried to access your site dashboard but the given login details are not working on my end. Please recheck and send us again. To install the Footer I would suggest you please create a Footer and go to the Footer —>Click on the template —>Themeco—>Center Point.

Thank you for the update - “Footers” doesn’t exist in our menu. Could you please check again, we updated the password to the one provided in the security note.

Thanks for sharing the correct login details I checked your site it seems that you are using the X theme please note that the Footer, Header, and Layout builder are not available in the X theme since it is a Pro theme feature. I would suggest you please upgrade your X theme to a Pro theme to get Header/Footer and Layout builder.
Pro theme has more advanced features than the X theme such as Header/Footer builder and Layout builder. You can use Pro Header/Footer builder to create a custom Header/Footer for the page, posts, archive page, etc. You can create a custom layout for blog pages, category archive pages, and tag archive pages. You can also create custom layouts for the WooCommerce shop page, Product archive page, and Product details page as well.

In the X theme, you need to install the Cornerstone page builder plugin separately from the X theme bundled plugin whereas in the Pro theme, you don’t need to install the Cornerstone page builder separately. The Cornerstone page builder plugin is inbuilt with the Pro theme.

Thank you for the extensive information! If we were to upgrate to the Pro version, would we loose our current heading and footer? Do we need to rebuild those? Would anything else shift in the current design/layout?

As mentioned in the above posts Pro theme is an advanced version of the X theme so all your page, posts, header, and footer will be available on your site when you upgrade from the X theme to the Pro theme.
