When I go to access Design Cloud it is not listed as an option on any menus, the only place I can see it is when I go to the template page and there is a button but when I click there are much fewer design cloud templates than there should be. I have other sites using Theme Pro and they have much more options for the Design Cloud. How do I fix this?

Are you using the latest version of Pro? There should be several prominent links to access Design Cloud. Once you install an Asset, you can use it with the respective builder.
