Design cloud option is not working

I have purchased pro theme. But while importing the demo design cloud option is not working at all.

I can see the error in console as below.
Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://theme.co/api/design-cloud/index.json’ from origin ‘http://ifxsoccer.com.gridhosted.co.uk’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.

Please solve this as soon as possible. I have to provide demo to client.
If its not possible ASAP, I would like to get my money back.

https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/design-cloud-access/51737/2?u=paul.r

If that doesn’t work, please provide us your wordpress and ftp login in Secure Note

I also tried this solution which I found in another thread, and it doesn’t work. It seems I have this problem on all my X websites today. Can’t use templates download or design cloud because of CORS error.

We found a networking issue on our end that prevented the Design Cloud resources from consistently loading. Could you please give this a try now? Thanks!
