Thanks for writing in! I have logged in and tried importing the Agency demo content. It returns an error in the backend.

Can you please upgrade your PHP to at least 7.2? Make sure that you have meet the minimum requirements to run the latest WordPress, X theme and Cornerstone. Please check this out:

everything else is compliant.
The second part of my post asked if the legacy version, pre design cloud, of uploading theme options is still available. That always worked, unlike design cloud.
Also, where did you get that 500 error code?
Trying to work with tech support from host and they need the whole error code.
