Design Cloud not loading on X Theme

Hi, I have just installed the X theme, and when I try and load the design cloud to instal a demo theme I just get a spinning circle.

So far I looked on the threads and have tried inserting

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

into my wp-config.php but this has not resolved the problem.

As far as I can see I am running the latest version of cornerstone v4.2.1 and I have disables all other plug-ins to try and get this to load with no luck. I would appreciate some guidance to what could be causing the problem?

Please do not worry, I realised after some work that it was an Ad blocker that was stopping the design cloud from opening.
