I am trying to take a look at design cloud and it is not loading. The screen loads but no templates or anything else loads it is just blank. Screenshot attached.

The screenshot above is the Template Manager.
The Design Cloud templates and presets can be found in the Library tab.
The Demo Sites can be found when you click the “+” button:
