Design Cloud not Available

Hi Friends,
Im not sure if this problem is new or related to your new site, but the Design Cloud is no longer working, nor from a new installed license nor from a site that has been live for a long time (Terraandesplus.com)

Let me know what can be causing the problem.

Best regards,
Thank you very much,

Yes, I’m not able to get the design cloud to load either. Just spins.

mine doesn’t work neither, at least for one website.

I’m having the same issue.

Hi there all,

I can confirm the same behaviour over here on a brand new site.

I can see in the inspector that there seems to be a CORS issue with one of the api requests. I have administered my server and can confirmed wide-open CORS configurations are in place.

Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://theme.co/apex/api-v2/lookup/-sessioninfo-edited?siteurl=https://domain.co.uk/’ from origin ‘https://domain.co.uk’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.

I believe some server-side CORS works may need to happen over at Theme Co to allow that resource to load into our Wordpress integrations. Considering the works they are currently undertaking I would think this is part of some systems migrations teething.

Any help at this point would be grand - do let us know if we can assist in debugging. Looking forward to using the Design Cloud for the very first time.

Thanks and all the very best!

Any updates on whether the Design Cloud is working now? Or timeline? Because for me and all other users, all of the templates and demo are unavailable.

Thanks

Hi Guys,

Thank you for letting us know. We’re investigating.

Can’t connect as well.

Error:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at … (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).

Hi guys, also having the same problem with the design cloud not loading just updated to pro from x last night , PHP increased, can’t load starter pack from the template manager either www.transcorps.co.uk

same here frustrating

Hi everyone,

Design Cloud is back. Regretfully when we redirected from the former /apex path, it was missing some security headers that would allow requests to reach the Design Cloud API. I’m sorry about the inconvenience caused.

You may need to clear your browser cache in order for it to start working again, as browsers often cache 301 redirects.

Now we get an error trying to download packages.
FAILED TO INSTALL

Same problem here, I cleared cache but when I try to install certain things I can’t download it.

Now is not loading again :exploding_head:

Cache emptied , all working design cloud and templates …. thank you well done

Yes it works, thank you!

@lovebott, @italcriz Glad to hear it’s working for you!

@al2code Shortly after my reply we made a couple more configuration adjustments to better follow best practices so it’s possible that it was broken momentarily around the time you were checking it. If you wouldn’t mind, just try clearing your cache and checking again. Thanks!

Hi @alexander ,

I can also confirm that Design Cloud has been working since your previous update without a hitch. Many thanks to you and the team for resolving.

All the best!

Hey @super_admin_deximl,
