Design Cloud issue - reject mobile

Google Search Console is reporting me an issue (“serve error 5xx”) to this URL: https://giacomodenanni.it/contatti/?ak_action=reject_mobile

I’m writing this to you, because I implemented on this page your Design Cloud Creative Contact Forms 1, and I can’t figure out if the error is connected to it or not. Can you suggest me any clue?

Hello Giacomo,

Thanks for writing in! The issue may have come from the Jetpack plugin. Please disable the plugin and test it again. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Disabling CDN

Hi,

I don’t have Jetpack plugin. The only plugins I’ve installed are:

• Akismet
• Cloudinary
• Contact Form 7
• Safe SVG
• Updraft Plus
• W3 Total Cache
• WP GDPR Compliance
• Yoast SEO

Do you have any suggestions based on this list?
Anyway, I will still try looking at instructions you gave me.

I just check your website and I can’t access it. There might be a plugin or custom code that affects your website. I suggest that you visit the link posted by my colleague above and follow the troubleshooting procedures.

Hi,

thank’s for your kind help and patience. I contacted mine hosting provider, that explained it was an issue with Updraft plugin that had saturated server I/O resources. So I leveled down some cron events on wp-cron.php, and Updraft backup in particular. Then in the next days I will see if the issue is fixed. If not, I will disable the plugin.
