max_execution_time = 360
max_input_time = 240
max_allowed_packet = Do not see this in the cPanel PHP Selector
innodb_log_file_size = Do not see this in the cPanel PHP Selector
allow_url_fopen = On

I have disabled all the plug-in

The pro theme is registred Installed Version 6.4.11 with the child theme.

Hello @philippe_bonneau,

Thanks for writing to us.

I tried to import the page from the design cloud on your server and it works fine on my end. Please let us know which site demo you want to import so that we can check it on our end. Please note that you may lose your existing site data while importing the site demo date since it will override the Theme settings and layout based on its stacks.

Thanks

Crafty and Eclipses

Hello @philippe_bonneau,

I went ahead and tried to import the Crafty demo and it seems that it is working fine now you need to install WooCommerce and other required plugins to get the product and other page layouts. Please note that I have not done anything on your site. I went to cornerstone—>plus icon—>Crafty —>Create.

Hope it helps
Thanks

Hi @prakash_s. Thank you. I am confused by the way to access this content. I was trying to import the site template in the LAUNCH DESIGN CLOUD button in the Pro validation page. This feature need to be more user friendly.
